transfered to a new build

Hey I got transfered to a new build tonight. I went from a salmon class to a gato class and this is december of 42. The thing is I had PPI Improved on my Salmon class but on the new one it says I cannot install the radar set, anyone else run into this? The funny part is I was assigned the USS Haddock, the first US Sub to get SJ radar haha.

I was fiddling around with new deck guns on my sub on a previous career (can't remember which one sorry) And I'd somehow convinced the game I'd installed 2 Deck guns, neither of which I was able to see on the crew management screen to assign crew too, physically there was only one, a stern deck gun.
