Wheres the XXI

This is the first time i have made it pass 1944 and ive own the game since it first came out

Its now Jan 1944 my base is Bergen in command of Type IXD2 and im waiting for the XXI to show up. Does the XXI show up first in Bergen 11th flottlia or should i be in one of the other ports. What month is the XXI available. Im running GW1.1a, SH3 Comannder.

You could always check by setting up a XXI career in SH3 Commander to see where its available.

EDIT. SH3 Commander says that the XXI is available to the 11th in August of 44. You got some time to kill matey.

The XXI will show up at the following (dates are approximate):

Flotilla #7 - Bergen - early 1944
Flotilla #11 - Bergen - early 1944
Flotilla #33 - Flensburg - early to mid 1944

I wish i had the XXI now,

oh well i'll have to brave another few months out at sea, ive notice now i cannot even get near a convoy the destroyers know im out there the closest i got in last patrol was 3800yds submerged, running at 3 knots, 3 destroyers heading towards me range about 2000yrds and closing, I fired all forward torpedos and did a 180 turn, went deep and got the hell out of there. Sunk 1 liberty cargo which was a fluke as i just randomly fired into the convoy. Even still i was depth charge forward topedo room destroyed, all scopes destroyed, sonar destroyed, still had a plenty of torpedos left but limped home instead.
