[WIP] Added Catalina to SH4
Took about 2 minutes to do.
 Only problem so far is the texture looks awful. Unfortunately I am in my work just now on another 12 hour shift. Cant wait until tomorrow afternoon where I will have a coupel of hours play time then yes you guessed it back at work for 8 hours lateshift until 2am.
