8800 GTX Micro-stutters are gone
Using the V-sync fix (Synchronization = Yes, rhater than No) in the Main.cfg fixed the micro-stutters I was getting on my 8800 GTX.
 If any 8800 Series users are gettig those tiny stuuters (they aren't that noticable), try using the V-Sync fix.
