Weather Report and Battlestations keys?

Two questions:

1. Does anyone know if there is a key for a weather report?

2. Can I set a key to toggle Battlestations instead of looking for it in the interface each time?

I read that the functions are still there but the keys arent maped... You can map them in one of the cfg files.
