Ahead Slow Throttle Setting Restored

Ok here we go, my first ever attempt at creating a modifacation to Silent Hunter 3.

Be grateful if the more experienced modders would check it all over for me as well, just for a second opinion more than anything as it seems to work fine from where I sit.

I must be being as dense as the black forest but, my kleine Fahrt voraus never went away?

I must be missing something, or is this an English version only problem?
