hi i preordered the game directly through ubisoft with overnight shipping is there a chance they will ship it out tomorrow which is monday or will tuesday be the earliest please let me know

From Ubi's website: "Release Date: Expected Ship Date: 3/20/07"

I would take that to mean that they're shipping it on 3/20/07.
