Default Crew compensating for angle of boat

I noticed when I crash dive or blow ballast to surface the U-boat has a definite angle to it. Probably as much as 40 degrees. However, the crew is inside standing right angles to the deck. Would it be possible (for the Mod Makers since the Game Makers obviously overlooked this phenomenon) to correct this? Show the crew leaning, trying to compensate for the different angle of the Boat while it surfaces or dives? Also, if loose objects would slide off their tables and onto the floor. I know that this could become quite involved with all the obejcts hanging like Foodstuff and the noise of objects hitting the floor. But I believe that this would add a dimension of realism to the game.

Default

Someone long ago noted that they also don't lean back and forth when the boat rocks on the surface.

I don't think it can be done; but then what I've been wrong about could fill a lot of books.
