Mission Editing Question

Hope this is the right forum to post in.
If not apologies.

Not played SH3 for a while.
I used to make Arctic Missions that had the most amazing sun and orange sky/tints and i'm trying to remember how to recreate it.
It's got to be a combination of time and particular month in the Arctic area where the amount of sunlight in a day is dependant on time of year.
Rather than doing a lot of trial and erros trying to recreate this does anyone else know offhand approx the settings?

No idea but it sure sounds like it would make for good screenies.
