Default SHIII wont run on New computer

Ive had SHIII for quite awhile and used it with great enjoyment. Then decided to build a new computer Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe, AMD Athlon FX60 Dual Core, 8800 GTS graphics card, Creative XFi sound card, 2 LiteOn dual layer DVD RW and then I tried to install SHIII. Well after inserting the disk it went to the drive window and showed the contents of the disk instead of going to the install screen. I selected the install icon and got a message saying that this is not a valid windows installer, so clicked on the set-up icon and got a message that this is not a win 32 *.exe program. Checked a read-me file and it came up blank, checked its properties and the file size started to go into the terrabite range!! (??). Thought I had a damaged disk so I bought another and it installed just fine! Ran the game from the install prompt with no problems. Closed the game and attempted to run it again and after the disk check it goes right back to the desk top. Removed the disk and re-inserted it and it goes right to the drive window with the same symptoms as the original disk! I could shure use some guidance as to what the problem might be! I loaded other games including other UBI soft games with no problems and got the old computer powered up and both disk work fine!!

Thanks In advance for any help
Keven

(first of all wrong forum - but don't worry, it'll be moved to SHIII forum soon)

What OS do you have?

I believe that's a 64bit processor right?

If so, I'll send you a link, where you can get the files you need.
