where is the GWX compatible 3d Waves file?
Is there anyone out there who can steer me to it?

If you're refering to Sober's 3D wave mod, it's compatible with GWX. Just search the Mod section and you should find a download link for it.

It will work with any mod any time , either mid patrol or not installed by JSGME . It only replaces a TGA file .
