McAfee Security Center and SHIII

McAfee Security Center porks my SHIII/GWX game. So I just updated my antivirus suite from McAfee and i try to launch SHIII via the sh3 commander and the screen goes black and I get the fabled windows error message saying SHIII has encountered a problem and must close. Any work around for this? I disabled the software and it still does the same thing.

That could be the famous intro video problem, delete both videos, they are in data\movies\intro.

Since you are starting up using SH3Commander, did you install the special files that Commander requires to run GWX?
