Hello, I've been on a few patrols now in GWX, and I've been noticing that no matter which harbor I go into, neutral, enemy, or friendly, there are a large majority of the ships that are sunk, or mostly sunk. In fact, many of the ships are either bow or stern sticking up. And some of them are still "alive". Is there anything wrong with my install?
Thanks |

I have GWX and I don't have that issue.
Occasionally I will notice a ship which has run aground but that's quite rare. Mostly, harbours look normal. Perhaps you might want to try to re-install? ________ SuqarLipz_x3 live Last edited by IRONxMortlock; 08-14-11 at 02:45 PM. |

There is a nasty little bug (stock) where if you save too near ANY port then when you return you will find that the AI looses their waypoints or are just on fire and sinking.
The solution is to save when you are farther away than 300km of any port. Oh, and just be sure that the port you visited wasn't just attacked by aircraft. Possible:hmm:

Hmm, I think you might be right about the saving issue. I usually do save a lot, and that could potentially be it. Thanks. Could also be a aircraft/bombing issue, but it happens to neutrals as well, so I'm not sure.
I do have the same issue as one of the previous posters where I'll enter a harbor and the ships will be partially sunk and on fire. I'm not sure what's going on....war's hell apparently. |

Danlisa is correct. The waypoints get screwy on the ships. Save when surfaced and away from ships.
