ps: how can you make your windows bar (bottom) look like this? Is it a program?

ok heres how it goes,

u go to this site and u download the program UXTheme_Multi_Patcher_4.0.zip

it fixes a file in ur windoes folder so it allows custom themes like my windows vista

then u download the windows theme

i have it but i need someone to host it ? pm me ur email and ill send it to u cut and paste in C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes folder it shud be called vistab2. so send me ur email via PM and ill send it over hotmail in the folder only thing u need to do is install the patch Then copy and paste otherwise it wont work
