"Time Stamp" for chart marks

One of the biggest things i miss about RL charts when playing SH3 is the ability to scribble all over them. IRL every fix i've ever plotted had at least a time stamp.

Is there a mod that time stamps the "marks" on the Nav map? It sure would make stalking contacts easier.
