Editing Text in the Crew Management window?

Not a big deal, but I was curious as to if this is possible. I feel it would be more accurate if the "Electric Engines" room read "Electric Motors". Minor detail, I know, but heh... that is what they are.

Any Ideas on how to go about doing this, If possible?
