help with SH3Cmdr and MultiSH3!

Ack! I decided not to use MultiSH3 with my two installs: GWX & WAC. Now I'm having problems with SH3Cmdr starting the right game. I've gotten SH3Cmdr to start WAC, but not GWX (I manually swapped the SH3 folders in My Docs). Both SH3Cmdr links start WAC.

One thing I noticed is when I installed SH3Cmdr 2.7 for GWX it put the Personnel Files folder in the SH3 Commander folder and not in My Docs like v. 2.6.

Can I use MultiSH3 after I've already modded two installs and installed SH3Cmdr?
