Default Builders in port

I remember having a mod that had a bunch of guys building the uboat in the port complete with sounds etc. Does anyone know what mod it is? Any chance of finding out if it could be made GWX compatible?

All I have is stock with 1.4b patch and a few cosmetic tweaks, like smoke, trees, moon, etc. IIRC, the mod for Harbor Traffic gives you the ironworkers building the sub in the early years when you dock at Lorient. They apparently stop work later on about 1942-43, leaving a half-completed sub in drydock.

I might be wrong, but I think it is called Harbor Personnel. I first noticed the Ship Builders after I installed it.

Slap this in JSGME, I don't see why this would have any conflicts with GWX, works fine in UBWA, and I will put it in my GWX install also.

Umm... guys... I really think that mod is just to reskin the workers as I´m pretty sure the workers are there in the stock SHIII.

So does anyone know why they aren't there in GWX? IIRC they were missing in GW1.1a also when I was running that mod.
