Hi,
I realize that such a noob question could easily bring a rain of flames on me, but I'm going to risk anyway. ![]() So, as far as I know VIIC should be more resistant than VIIB, but heavier and slower. Is this correct? If it's correct, what advantage would have a silent, invisible commander in a slower but heavier armored sub than captain in a lighter but faster one? Or maybe I'm completely out of point here.... thanks |

Upgradability. A VIIB does not have as many available upgrades to radar, sonar, hydrophones,or other technologies. Also, the VIIC can dive deeper as far as I can tell. VIIC can also get heavy flak armament, but you should crash dive anyways.
