Default Quick Question about Broadband Blindspots

Hi

Been outta it for a while so forgive the ignorance.
Just reinstalled DW and in the 2 US Subs with the towed array i have a blind spot at 180 degrees and with the sphere array a blind spot at 000 degrees.

I thought it was the opposite way round?

Thanx

It's perfectly OK, since US sonar screens shows true bearing, not relative. And your course is 190, so sphere has gap at 180 relative, which mean 10 true .. and TA has gap at 0 relative, which means 190 true .. and it's exactly what the displays show.

See Dr. Sid's answer. His blind spots are just changing with his course like they should. The direction of the blind spot depends on the direction the sub is heading remember?
