Can the railings on the VIIC be fixed ?

I was wondering since all these sygnificant changes going on . Is it now possible to fix the deckRailings on the early version of the VIIC? In needs to have the same railings on the deck then the VIIB . And no i dont meen the railings of the wintergarten .
