Default Trouble with Custom Emblems

Hey, when I first installed the GW mod, I got a lot of cool custom emblems to use.
But, then I uninstalled SH3 cos I had turned on 24 hr fatigue which was too much for me to handle. I made sure I deleted the UBISOFT folder and its subfolders after uninstalling.

Now, I reinstalled SH3 , patched to 1.4b (as before), then applied GW mod, this time I didn't enable 24 hr fatigue. Now, when I start my career, I don't see any custom emblems except the "1st Flotilla" side emblem.
Strangely though, all the emblem files are in the appropriate folder....can anyone tell me what went wrong?

P.S : Someone plz help me with that Merchant Spotted message & the menu that appears after it, I can't get it to appear, is it because of GW?

I found the same problem, I solved it by backing up the original flotilla emblem then replacing it with my own.

Had the same problem as well. Racked up a little more renown and all of a sudden they became available.

From what I've seen whenever you add or change the files in the emblems folder you have to go out on patrol and rack up over 1900 renown to be able to see the full list regardless of how much renown you have in the bank.
