Poland - Warsaw - J.Pilsudski's Parade Square - 2006-11-11.

As a year earlier I am posting some pictures on how we celebrated our National Day in Poland, Warsaw. On 1918-11-11 Józef Pi³sudski came to Warsaw and assumed supreme military power in Poland. Once again, we regained our independence.

First, some new Generals where promoted.

After that, The President awarded some soldiers with medals, among them 3 soldiers from the special forces unit GROM(not on pictures).

And here are some pictures from the parade square.

And here are some pictures from the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
