I was considering adding something like that to the wish-list of NorOps. You know, for the towns too big to not have anything and too small to have harbours? Amazing.

Will this thing show up in the editor to make it easier to place ships by it?

The first step seems in the height of his knees at least. That would be uncomfortable to climb such stairs as hell. But to be honest it really doesnt matter that much. I need to hit the bed.
