Resolution hack (what was it again?)

I used to run SH3 at 1600x1200, but uninstalled some time ago to clean my HD and whatnot.

There was a file you download and put somewhere, that allows you to change the resolution of the game by altering the setting resolution line in one of the config. files.

What do I need and have to do to be able to play at 1600x1200 again (just did a fresh install + patch 1.4b)?
