Enemy torpedo tracking.
Hello.
I have tried DW now for a while. But since i am a casual gamer only and not an expert on submarine warfare I was just wondering,is there a mod where you can see enemy torpedotracks on one of your maps? I hear the sonar crew calling "Torpedo in the water",but where are they? And the next thing i hear is an enemy torpedo pinging faster and faster and then,BOOM, i have been sunk. If i have seen the torpedo track on one of my ingame maps i could have had the chance to fool them with my countermeasures. I guess in real life the sonar crew knows exactly where the enemy torps are and where they are heading. And one more thing,if its possible to have a mod where you can see the enemy's sonobuoys. As i have said i am a casual gamer and these things take away much of the fun with this game because of its steep learingcurve. |

You can track the torpedoes by marking them with your sensors and performing TMA on the contacts.
If you're in a sub with a towed array, the intersection of the towed array contact and a bow/hull array contact will give you a pretty good location without having to do any TMA.
