Welcome to mod-author-dom, Doom!
I do have a few suggestions about this mod. I'd post some screen shots so people can compare stock vs original vs your mod at a glance (you did!). Also including a readme.txt in a documentation folder with your name, the information about the mod and credits would be a good idea as well. Personally I loathe rapidshare, so a file hoster like FileFront might be better, but that's just personal opinion. The original mod was from Sgtmonkeynads, and was hidden released here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...1&postcount=89 |

Oh wow that does look better. Thank you. I've wanted to do that, but haven't been able to even play this week, It's Prarie Dog season here in Montana, and I have been too busy shooting to play games.
Oh and yes it was to orange compared to what it should look like. I guess I have spent to many years working with cedar to know the difference any more, ha ha. Nice work, it will be on my boat nextime I leave port.

Love this mod, Looks fantastic, especially after I requested a mod for a build up of algae and slime, this is a great in between solution.
Any chance though you could use a different file service, i'm not a member of Rapidshare. Any chance you could upload to file front please?? |

doomlordis, I like what you did, but it seems you saved the texture file in DXT1 instead of DXT5, thus causing some color distortion and losing the alpha channel:
I slightly modified your work, reducing the saturation even more, adding the alpha and saved it as DXT5: Download link: http://www.filefront.com/16169571/Do...-modified.rar/ |
