GWX 3.0 - Contact/status report

Contact report doesn't work
Status report doesn't do anything beside getting the same anwser over and over
And i get spammed of how well are others doing
Or get reported convoy 200km away from me
What's the purpose of doing this stuff?
I don't even think i can get into WolfPack in GWX 3.0

Anyone other than me having difficulty with WB's downloads at his mediafire site? Firefox or IE will not connect to download links of any his mods.

Have you played any other supermods? Have you played the stock game? I ask because like many before you, you are blaming GWX for something that in part of stock SH3.

It never did. You'll always get the same answer, whether you play stock SH3 or any mod.

This is a GWX thing (and a couple of others). The purpose is that in the past a lot of players complained that they felt like they were all alone in the ocean, and the only u-boat in the war. The purpose of the extra radio messages is to make you feel like there is other stuff going on. As U Crank pointed out, there are mods available that reduce the radio traffic.

Maybe not. The only decent wolfpack mod I know of is H.sie's Hardcode Fixes mod.
