Are you talking about the database of what files you had, or the actual files themselves?
The first would be easy enough to replace while the second would take some time, but still doable.  Either way it's completely unbelievable that your ISP wouldn't have backups available of at least some of it. Are you sure you're talking to the proper people there? |

I'm sorry to hear of this loss, as your website is a fantastic resource. If you lost the downloads from your site, I have a pretty extensive selection on my PC. I went crazy downloading while waiting for SH3 to arrive in the mail. I have about 7GB of compressed data, much of which was from your site. I'd be happy to burn all of it to a couple of DVDs and mail it to you if that would help.
