stellar SINGLE mission

wowie! i just finished (in 2 days - ihad to save) a single mission of "happy times" and unbelievably i sunk
-Medium Cargo = 4,942 tons
-Axiliary Cruiser = 13,850 tons
-Large Tanker = 10,359 tons
-Medium Cargo = 4,888 tons
-Medium Tanker = 7,150 tons
and finally after what must have been 6-7 hours the
-Troop Transpot = 10,126 tons
which comes to a staggering 51,315 tons for one patrol/mission!
this mission (for me) is such a success because although the HUGE convoy was only LIGHTLY protected, the destroyers WERE there. and a trawler or two. those guys are hunters therefore i didnt even TRY to shoot any down (they're way too fast) but the FLUKE as i said was that although i WAS hunted, nearly all the depth charges missed me! a couple messed up my attack scope & destroyed my flak guns but wtf would i need 'em for? right?
i used up ALL of my torpedoes. then at night, when the destroyers left for some reason i stayed near the $%@~! T.Transport that refused to sink. i came up, took the top reserves inside (for 9 min) and then put them into the T.Transport. i still VEEEEEERY slowly filled up w/water. so i came up and blasted it with the deck gun maybe 7 times. then i saw a trawler (this was still night) and desided to exit with spectacular results!!!
thnx - plz post ur flukes/huge successes!

well, I M pleased, thnk u! my best patrol yet. probably a fluke

i M using the GW supermod (that's why the T.Transport took soooooooooo looooooong to sink) but realism is about 50% due to the officer for TDC (i M the capitaen and thefore too important for such matters, right?) but everything else, like dud torps, limited fuel, ammo, vulnerability is on.

Concratulations for successful patrol, Crawlerz, especially that Auxiliary Cruiser.

I'm not in a port right now and I can't remember what was my best patrol. I'm using Grey Wolves, 85% difficulty.

U-65 reports:

Grid EJ 69, near Dakar, West Africa.
17/3/1941
21:24

9 ships sunk, 54483 tons.
4 x Medium Cargo
2 x Large Cargo
1 x Medium Tanker
2 x Flower Corvette

Out of Torpedoes, light damage from one of the escort corvettes, returning to port.
