Help with the first mission

I already post it here a few months ago and the help was fine. But still can't end the 1º mission of campain with the akula. The problem is to damage a rebel ship. The orders in the radio messages is to do that and then not to do that because I was counter-detected. But the ship, the russian ship with the big name class taht I can remenber or writte now(pardon me), is on land, with the propellers working, heading that way. Possible bug? Well, yesterday I manage to hit it with a torpedo, then up the raido mast and the radio message was blank, no words.
So I have to do the mission again, or there is any way to solve it.
Also, the information is that I haven't classified the rebel unitys in the harbour.
