WeatherRndInterval question

Does anyone know what effect the "WeatherRndInterval" has on changing the weather in GW?

In GW, the WeatherRndInterval=5; in a resent discussion the WeahterRndInterval was set to 2. I've resently set it to 1 to see if the weather would change any quicker but now it doesn't seem to change at all. Maybe the weather changes faster as this number is increased?

Any opinions about this? Has anyone experimented with this?
