An alligator and a python in the Everglades (!) tried to eat each other. In the first round , the python won, and swallowed the alligator completely. In the second round, his belly popped open, giving a posthumous point to the alligator as well. If the snake "exploded" becasue the thing was to big or because the alligator tried to dig himself out is unknown. It was on almost every news channel back then.
