Denmark corrections to GW1.0

As in RuB, there are wrong assignments of Danish cities in SH3. As a Dane this annoys me!

So I have reworked the campaign layer a little plus the locations! I have given the campaign some traffic of Danish vessels, and corrected a lot of French cities, and some other countries, status during the war!

While at it, I added a lot of other cities around the world!

Hope this will be accepted by the GW team so it can be incorporated in the next edition, if any!

The mod can be picked up at RapidShare, but don't worry, it's only a small rar archive of 0.53MB!

I have however also been working on another mod, which adds a lot more, but I have to rework it further, since it's the work from my old addings to RuB and HT! This means more units and other settings!
