Just picked up SHIII but having trouble getting GW

I have read so much about this mod and have been really looking forward to giving it a try. I have tried downloading it through this site and the filefront site and both times the second file and the fourth file give me errors when I try to decompress them with 7zip. I tried downloading both files yet again thinking that there must be something wrong with the download but I keep getting the same errors on the same files. Can anyone tell me where else I might be able to download them or some reason that I am getting the errors? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
