I live on the prairies of Central Canada where snow and cold ARE THE RULES between the months of November through to April. We have only begun to see winter, and it's March !. No snow or cold this year. It was like living in Jamaica or something. ....unheard of.

Something wierd is going on.....

May be George Bush and Tony Blair have a new secret weapon to control the weather.

In India it is raining during summer time. This year everyone was expecting a very hot summer. Two days before there was heavy rains with lightning and thunderstroms in which 35 or more people died.
This never happened before during the summer season.

That's nothing. In February 1979, it snowed in the Sahara Desert for 30 minutes. There were some other fairly significant events in earlier February, so I figure it was just hell freezing over.

If you start getting dust storms in Britain, then we'll talk...

About 8 years ago it snowed in Israel, they were throwing snowballs in the cities instead of rocks....

I guess you could say hell had its first frost.

Snow in Israel's mountainous Jerusalem and Galilee regions is not uncommon.

On the contrary! My children miss it. Haven't had a good snowfall in 3 or 4 years!

I remember that. The Science guys said that it was a sign of the start of another ice age. It's one reason why i have trouble believing them now about global warming...
