Sansal's Milk Cow Mod

Has anyone installed Sansal's Milk Cow Mod? If so are you happy with it in a campaign mode?

I have it as part of Rubini's HT mod. 'Used' it once so far (it is only 1941) - on a patrol off the coast of Spain I re-supplied at Vigo from the Bessel (a Das Boot moment I couldn't resist!). It worked OK and I got a new supply of fuel and eels. Looking forward to milk cows in the Atlantic in later years.

I had a look at the readme file and it was sort of confusing, maybe it's me but I couldn't work out the install intructions.
