Slower hydrophone rotating

After installing patches and realuboot mod my hydrophone turning faster and i dont like it, its uncomfortable to me, too fast. Maybe someone know what file changed this speed?

Rotation speed was altered by patch 1.4b.

But I don't know what exactly was changed...
