Harbor Traffic 1.47 and Milk cow MOD?

I hope someone can give me a hand here.

For some reason Sansal's Milk Cow Mod causes my game to kick me to desktop. It has done so since it was first available, and now that it is included in the HT MOD it continues to give me CTD.

I'd love to be able to use milk cows. That failing can someone advise me which files in HT 1.47 need to be deleted so that my SH3 world isn't so lonely.
