Editing Campaign Missions

I know there's a line that I have to edit in the config file to make the campaign missions editable. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I've tried to do searches but haven't come up with anything. Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

In file editor.ini, add the line:

[FULLOPTIONS] 1

I couldn't find the editor.ini file! Do I create it, and if so, how?

Never mind, I figured it out. I need to create one mission before the .ini file will be created.
