Default Foggy Water Mod

I noticed a few people wanted to have less visibility than the default water but wanted to keep the original water color. This mod does just that; All that was changed was the fog distance (full credit goes to 'Manuel Ortega' for finding it) to limit underwater visibility but not as extreme as other water mods...you'll still be able to get nice underwater views at close range.
