On another note, is there a way to have your own ship go from a "symbol" to "unit" at a different zoom level than other contacts? The map config in Capt Scurvy's 3kyd bearing tool has this occur at the "50" zoom level, which is too far out at 4k - the units are too small to see - so I changed it to "20." But at that zoom in 4k, the 3kyd tool takes up the entire screen, which diminishes its utility a bit. I'd like other contacts to continue to convert at "20," but convert ownship at "50." |

yes. modify the data\submarine\subname\shp.dds file. i believe that if you make the base graphic larger, the mod will carry it over to the game settings.
