Default Happy New Year. 2024

I want to wish everyone and their families a happy and prosperous New Year. I hope you all enjoy good health in the New Year. We tend to take that for granted, somewhat. There are others around the world like the Ukraine that are battling for their very existence and haven't been enjoying anything, especially this year.

Stay safe and all the best in the New Year, everyone.

To not bore you all I'll make that short:
Dto

okok I wish everyone a Happy New Year, good or better health, and full of fun!
If possible. As Commander Wallace said we cannot take anything of that for granted and should be thankful if it happens.
I find it unbelievable how types like Putin or Jin Ping can still command and kill people without being questioned or held accountable by their own people or some international court; after all those human inventions, ideas, theories, in this third millenium or wherever you start counting.
It sometimes seems humanity is going back straight to before the stone age.

During this long and wet holiday weekend, please try to be responsible.

Whether tipping over live stock to give them a belly rub or admiring sidewalks and cobblestones at extremely close range, do the right thing and pin some bail money inside a pocket or in the lapel of your shirt.

Don't be "that guy". NO ONE expects or welcomes a phone call at 3 AM.

Well I hope it's a happy new year but with all the wars going on I have my doubts, still, one can only hope!
Happy New Year to all.

D. H. Lawrence said the biggest virtue of man is to be happy. I wish you success in striving for that!

2040 is the predicted "end of civilization"...per MIT think-tankers; ie: a "sweet 16" years left: good god! I'll be 90 and demented by then, instead of just 'lightly teched' as now!?? @ moderator: please move to the "We're so dead thread"
