CAOD vs AOTD!
I do think that Command Aces Of The Deep is better than AOTD!
 1. Command runs on both 32 bit and 64 bit OS! 2. Command has the Med Sea and the Type XXI U-Boat! 3. Command has more save game slots! Christopher Tarana |

DOS Aces all the way!
Sorry, but I disagree. I tried very hard to like Command Aces but the buggy sound and the frequent crashes just turned me off.
I prefer MS-DOS AOD (paricularly when kitted out with Andreas86's modpack). It's reliable, stable, and the simulation graphics aren't dramatically different for the couple of seconds of periscope observation. Andreas's modpack does more for the game than anything the Command version ever did. |

I'm always wary about using mod packs on games!
 I have Frank's sound pack for SH1 but I replaced it with the Stock sounds! They sound better than the mods! SHCE has best sounds of all three!Christopher Tarana |
