At first I thought this was just a glitch in the museum however once I started a mission on a Gato Class the AA gun spins and spins and seems to be stuck in loop animation or something?

Did you empty the Save folder after activating FotRSU and before playing the game? After you go into the Museum, did you re-start the game before playing a career and vice versa? Have you enable a 4 gig patch on the SH4.exe file? What folder do you have your SH4 installed in?

I've tried everything. From what I can gather only the single 20mm AA guns is the one stuck in the constant animation loop all others seem to be just fine. I am also now unable to move the deck gun?

I was able to fix the single 20 mm AA by reinstalling the whole thing. The only mod I had was the patch. However I am still unable to make the deck cannon move. Not sure if that's due to the weather (waters are pretty calm and suns out) or it's a bug. And as of now the only mod I have is the patch.
