Just sunk a freighter in atrocious weather - fired 2 torps, both hit but lost visual contact in the weather. Death animation played a few minutes later whilst trying to re-establish visual contact, kill cam activated but no red ship sunk symbol on the map nor does it appear on the patrol log.
