H.sie patch Patch_SH3.bat not finding sh3.exe

Hello, I have SH3 from Steam with GWX and SH3 commander (and the 4gb patch). I've now tried to install the H.sie patch V16. However, it says that it cannot find a compatible version. I looked at the errors and it is because the hashes do not match.
Does anybody know why this might be? Is it because it is the Steam version? Is it because I have GWX and SH3 commander already installed?
