Please some help with SH3 Commander

I just started a new career with SH3 Commander with Onealex V1.46, just as I did with prior versions and this message comes up:





My new career info:


Flotilla Weddigen, Sep/39
Departure 01/Sep39 Return 29/Sep/39
75.000 Tons but it doesn't show... Can´t access the option in SH3 Commander menu "Click For Available Actions" ==> "Update you Personnel File" because of that error msg.


Any ideas on how to fix it without loosing the career? Onealex told me to delete everything in the careers folder, but that would imply to lose the career, and it only happen with this new career. I have another in the Wegener Flotilla that runs without problem, and this is the firs time I see this msg.
