Schleichfahrt mod

Have I missed a new megamod? I've been away for a while but spotted a link to this in the lifeboats mod thread. Anybody got any info about this:

It's written in German only so I would appreciate some advice. It looks damn good and is by Uekel....so it must be good

Excuse me if it has appeared over on the SH5 mods board and I have not noticed it.
