Fumo-29 not working at all - mod issue?

I am currently running a 1942 Type IXC campaign and have had the Fumo-29 installed the last two patrols,

My issue is that the physical radar equipment has not shown up on the exterior of the boat, and I can not turn on the radar either at the radar station or in the radio officer's menu, it is greyed out.

Is this an issue with the mods I am using? I did a vanilla campaign a few years ago and distinctly remember the radar being wrapped around the front of the conning tower.

Could this be an issue with TKSS18 U-Boat Compilation? I've done a search though haven't found anyone else who has had the same issue, I am using the Type IX/2 conning tower in game and I swear I've seen videos on YouTube that use this mod and have the radar equipment in situ. I am also using SH3 Commander outside that mod list.

perfect, thanks a bunch man, the radar is still slightly misaligned but it works and I can live with that.
